Who's Lou?

My name is Lou Kerestesy. 

I've been helping people deal with differences and get on the same page for years. First in a local community mental health center and later in a Federal government agency. I've started, owned, and operated a few businesses since leaving government in 1997. And along the way I raised a family and earned a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution.

During the pandemic I took time to rethink what I wanted to do when I grew up, and I decided I would show people how to do what they hired me for. My goal is to help you become great at dealing with differences - to use them to get people on the same page, and to love doing it as much as I do.
